ClarityAU keeps your structured property record, including important dates, findings, checklists and journey history. Original uploaded documents are retained for a limited period and then securely deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
How document storage works
You can download an original at any time, or delete it early from Plan & documents.
When an original is deleted, the file and the extracted full text are removed from active storage. What stays is the structured information identified during your journey:

Deletion removes the file from active storage immediately. Encrypted infrastructure backups roll off on their own schedule (up to 30 days) before the data is unrecoverable, so we do not claim instant irreversible erasure.
