Reviewing another property within your Buying Journey is $39 AUD and runs until your journey ends. It does not add to your 15-document allowance.
Your property history
ClarityAU keeps your structured property record, including important dates, findings, checklists and journey history. Original uploaded documents are retained for a limited period and then securely deleted in accordance with our retention policy.
All prices are in Australian dollars and are the final amount charged, inclusive of GST where it applies. For personal or household use only. Consumer plans may only be used for a property transaction in which you or a member of your household is personally involved. Client, commercial, portfolio or third-party use requires a Professional Workspace.
Your Property Library
Your Property Library keeps the structured record of every property you have looked at — addresses, journey type, key dates, financial figures, findings, checklists and the outcome you recorded. It stays available while your account is open, even after your access period ends and the original files are deleted.
Using ClarityAU for clients?
Lawyers, conveyancers, buyers' agents, strata professionals, property managers and other businesses require a Professional Workspace with organisation-level accounts, staff permissions and client-matter controls.

Questions
Do these plans renew automatically?
No. Every plan is a one-off purchase for a defined access period. Nothing renews and no card is charged again unless you buy another plan.
What happens when my access period ends?
Analysis stops, but nothing you paid for disappears from view: your property records, structured findings, key dates and checklists stay readable while your account is open. Starting a new analysis needs a new purchase.
How long do you keep my original documents?
Original uploaded documents are kept for your active access period plus 30 days, then securely deleted from active storage. We tell you the scheduled deletion date on every document so you can download a copy first.
What counts as a document?
A document is counted only when its analysis succeeds. Failed processing, retries and re-runs of a document you already analysed never use another allowance.
Can I use ClarityAU for my clients?
No. Consumer plans are for a property transaction you or your household is personally involved in. Professional and portfolio use needs a Professional Workspace.
Is this legal advice?
No. ClarityAU is an information and understanding service. It identifies potential issues for your consideration and suggests questions to ask, but it is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
