Refund Policy

REQUIRES AUSTRALIAN LEGAL REVIEW BEFORE PUBLIC PAID LAUNCH.
Our approach
ClarityAU plans are one-off purchases. They do not renew automatically and no subscription is created.
If something has gone wrong with a purchase or the service you received, contact us using the support address below. We will review the circumstances and respond fairly.
Change of mind
Whether a change-of-mind refund is available may depend on whether the paid service has already been used, including whether document analysis or other plan access has begun. We will consider each request on its circumstances.
Use of the paid service does not by itself decide every refund request. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law continue to apply.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once, charged the wrong amount, or charged for a purchase you did not make, contact us so we can investigate the payment record.
Technical or service failures
If a technical or service failure prevents ClarityAU from providing what you purchased, contact us. We will investigate what happened and the appropriate remedy.
A failed document review does not use your document allowance. Retrying a failed review does not create a new charge.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees or any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
How to request a review
Send your refund request through the configured support contact below. Include enough information for us to identify the purchase and understand what happened, but do not send card details or copies of identity documents by email.
A support contact address will be published here before ClarityAU opens to the public.
